Lister vs Manager: which one are you?
The two ways to work on Roov, and how to pick the right mode.
Video coming soon
Follow the written steps below in the meantime.
Step by step
- 1
A Lister puts a vacant apartment on Roov and connects hunters to it. You earn a service fee for the listing and the connection.
- 2
A Manager runs the whole tenancy on Roov: rent collection, maintenance, announcements, and leases.
- 3
One rule matters here: only list an apartment you are actually in charge of. Listing someone else's property can get your account suspended.
- 4
House-hunters see a badge on each listing that tells them whether they are dealing with a Lister or a Manager.
- 5
You choose your mode during setup, and you can move from Lister to Manager later.
That's the whole process. If you get stuck at any step, email support@roov.africa and we'll walk you through it.
